01 Sign in with your guest access card
Welcome to Nexus ServiceOS (by Pharaohs Nexus). You can use guest services in your browser, or add it to your home screen for easy access during your stay.
- Connect your phone to hotel Wi-Fi or mobile data. Scan the QR code on your guest access card, or open the guest link provided by reception.
- Check the room number shown on the sign-in page. If it is not filled in, enter your room number.
- Enter the username and PIN printed on your access card, then tap Sign in. The QR code opens the page; it does not sign you in automatically.
- After signing in successfully, you go straight to the portal if a name is already registered or saved for your stay. Otherwise, a separate What should we call you? page asks you to enter a preferred display name and tap Save and continue before accessing the portal. Your legal name is not required. This name is saved once for the stay, shared by everyone using the room account, and cannot be edited in the portal. Later sign-ins skip this step. Your access-card username and PIN stay the same.
New guest usernames use a short word and digits, such as palm-4827, instead of your booking reference. Use the username printed on your access card. Your preferred display name does not change your sign-in details.
After signing in, you may be invited to install guest services. Choose Install app or Later to continue in your browser. While using your browser, the small Install app button in the header is always available.
Need your card or PIN?
Ask reception for guest access. If your PIN has been replaced, use the newest card and sign in again. If the device limit is reached, sign out on another device or ask reception for help.
02 Request a service
- In the portal, tap Request a service and choose the department you need, such as housekeeping or dining. The available departments depend on your hotel.
- Browse or search the available services. Tap + Add and use the quantity controls to choose how many you need. Each request goes to one department; send a separate request for another team.
- Write any details in Your request / note. You can also send a note without selecting an item: choose the department and describe what you need.
- Choose the priority that matches your request. Review your selected services, quantities and any displayed charges.
- Tap Send request. If the form highlights a problem, correct it and submit again.
- Look for the submission confirmation and the request in Your requests. If your connection drops, check Your requests before sending again to avoid a duplicate.
Paid services
For a paid request, review the total, enter your name, confirm authorization to charge your room and draw your signature when prompted. The team will ask for a separate delivery signature when you receive the service. Contact reception if you have a question about a charge.
03 Follow progress and share feedback
- Open Your requests to see your request number, selected services and current status. Requests taken by phone may also appear here.
- Pending means the request is waiting for assignment. Assigned means a team member has been assigned. In progress means work has started. Completed means the team has marked it delivered. Escalated means it has been flagged for further attention.
- Hotel replies appear with the related request. Stay connected to receive updates, or reopen the portal to check progress.
- After a request is Completed, choose a rating from 1 to 5, add an optional comment and tap Submit feedback. Feedback can be submitted once per request.
- If Report an Issue is available, choose it and describe the problem. For an urgent situation, contact the hotel directly rather than waiting for an app response.
04 Add to your home screen on iPhone or iPad
- Open the hotel guest link in Safari. If the QR opened a browser inside another app, open the same link in Safari first.
- From the guest sign-in page or portal, tap the Safari Share button, shown as a square with an upward arrow. Depending on your Safari layout, you may first need to open the More menu.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. If it is missing, scroll through the share actions and use Edit Actions to add it.
- If Open as Web App is shown, turn it on. Tap Add to save the icon.
- Open the new hotel app icon from your home screen. Sign in with your guest card if asked.
Keep the guest link handy
Adding the icon does not create an account or extend your stay. You may need to sign in again when opening the app from the home screen. If the welcome page opens, choose Guest Services and use your access card.
05 Add to your home screen on Android
- Open the hotel guest link in Chrome. If you are viewing it inside a QR scanner or messaging app, open the link in Chrome first.
- From the guest sign-in page or portal, tap the Chrome More menu, shown as three dots.
- Choose Install and create shortcut, then Install when available. Other Chrome versions may show Add to Home screen or Install app instead.
- Follow the phone prompts and confirm Install or Add. You can also use the small Install app button in the header when it is offered.
- Open the new icon from your home screen or app list. Sign in with your guest card if asked.
If installation is not offered, you can keep using guest services in your browser. Browser menu wording can vary by phone and version.
06 Turn on request notifications
- Sign in and use Allow notifications when offered by the app, then allow the request in your browser or phone prompt.
- On iPhone or iPad, open the app from its home-screen icon before enabling notifications. Notifications require a supported device and browser.
- If alerts are blocked, check notification permission in your device or browser settings. You can still follow progress under Your requests.
An internet connection is needed
Adding the app to your home screen does not make service requests work offline. Reconnect before sending a request or checking for new updates.
07 Get help during your stay
- Cannot sign in? Check the room, username and newest PIN with reception. Access is available only for your active stay.
- Changed rooms or received a new PIN? Use the updated room link or access card from reception and sign in again.
- Need to change a request, discuss a delay or query a charge? Contact the hotel and give the request number shown in Your requests.
- Use the language selector to change the interface. Where available, the message-language preference and original-text control help you read hotel replies.
- Keep your access card private. Use Logout when finished on a shared device. Guest service access ends when the hotel closes your stay; keeping the home-screen icon does not keep access active.
